About Mindful Yoga
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A more active style of yoga linking each posture with the breath to develop strength, balance and flexibility.
Meditation through movement.
A more passive style of yoga focusing on slow, deep stretching. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes on average.
Meditation through stillness.
About your instructor
Nik is currently completing a 350 Hour Yoga teacher training and is very much looking forward to offering dedicated yoga classes in the Yarra Valley area very soon.
