Mindful Yoga for
Stress Relief 

Commencing Tuesday 18th October to 6th December in the Yarra Valley, this 8 week course will help you to stretch and nourish your body and mind.
Discover ways to reduce your stress and nurture your body through the practice of mindfulness and yoga.
9.15 am - 10.15 am: Mindful Hatha Yoga
10.30am - 11.30am: Mindful Yin Yoga



Mindful Hatha Yoga
A more active style of yoga linking each posture with the breath to develop strength, balance and flexibility.
Mindfulness meditation through movement.

Mindful Yin Yoga
A more passive style of yoga focusing on slow, deep stretching. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes on average.
Mindfulness meditation through stillness
