ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR


 

 

Nik is a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness, meditation and yoga and has experienced deep personal transformation through her practice. She studied Business Management and Arts at Monash University and after running her own children's furniture and homewares design company for many years, she embarked on a new career as an addiction counsellor. In this role, Nik offered general counselling including stress, anxiety and family-related issues as well as teaching mindfulness-based relapse prevention at residential rehabilitation facilities. 

Nik is passionate about sharing the practice of mindfulness and making it accessible to all. 

Nik lives in the Yarra Valley, Victoria with her husband and their three children.
